Acceptance Of Terms

These Terms govern your access to and use of MockupHub.ai at mockuphub.ai, including the website, mockup editor, templates, project storage, uploads, exports, AI features, accounts, credits, subscriptions, and support (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Eligibility And Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter these Terms. Provide accurate account information, keep your credentials secure, and promptly notify us of unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account and for maintaining copies of important source files and exported work.

The Service

MockupHub.ai provides tools to create and edit visual designs, place artwork onto mockup templates, organize projects, export assets, and use configured AI features. Templates, supported formats, models, limits, credit costs, plans, and availability may change. We may update, suspend, limit, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

Your Content And Outputs

You retain your rights in content you upload or create, including artwork, product images, logos, and project materials. You grant us and our service providers a limited license to host, reproduce, modify, transmit, and process that content only as needed to operate, secure, and provide the Service and the features you request.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights and permissions needed to upload and use your content and to authorize the processing described above. Do not upload content that infringes another person's rights or contains information you are not authorized to process.

AI-generated and rendered results may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to material created for others, or unsuitable for your intended use. You are responsible for reviewing outputs and confirming that their use complies with applicable law and third-party rights. No output or mockup guarantees a particular commercial, printing, manufacturing, or marketing result.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or exploitative activity; upload malware or content you lack permission to use; bypass quotas, credits, payment controls, or security safeguards; scrape, reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service or its data except as allowed by law; or interfere with the Service, its providers, or other users.

Paid Features, Credits, And Refunds

Prices, taxes, renewal terms, included credits, expiration, limits, and plan features are shown at checkout or in your account. Payment providers process payments under their own terms. Recurring subscriptions renew until canceled; cancellation stops future renewals and normally leaves access active through the paid period. Credits are not cash and may be subject to expiration, usage, or other limits shown when purchased.

Refund eligibility and the request process are described in our Refund Policy. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable law.

Intellectual Property

The Service, its software, interface, branding, and original materials are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms give you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for its intended purpose. They do not transfer our rights, third-party template or asset rights, or the rights of AI providers.

Third-Party Services

The Service may rely on third parties for hosting, storage, authentication, analytics, payments, email, rendering, and AI processing. Their services and outputs are subject to their terms and privacy policies, and we are not responsible for their independent practices or availability.

Suspension And Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms, create risk for users or providers, abuse payments or credits, or use the Service unlawfully. You may stop using the Service at any time. You should export or retain copies of work you need before closing your account. Terms that by their nature should survive termination will continue to apply.

Disclaimers And Limitation Of Liability

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, uninterrupted availability, and error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, MockupHub.ai will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, data, business opportunities, or interruption arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version and updated date will be posted on this page. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
